In the event of an emergency requiring cancellation, notice must be provided no later than 48 hours before the event on September 20, 2025. Therefore, no refunds will be issued after September 18, 2025 — no exceptions. Please note that any chargeback fees incurred will be the responsibility of the cardholder and must be paid directly to the event organizer using the same venue through which the original payment was made.
